Damian was absolutely wonderful in his guidance and support at this difficult time. I felt I knew what was going on every step of the way from the time I initially contacted him to the actual day of the funeral. His team were also lovely and very respectful. I would highly recommend Crane Funerals when the need arises and would use them again without hesitation.

We recently found ourselves looking for Funeral Directors for my Dad’s Funeral. We went to the big names but we didn’t feel a connection. We met with Damian and felt instantly that Crane Funerals would be the right people. Damian was so genuine and listened to everything that we said with patience and sincerity.
The service was a continuation of this. At no time did Crane take over, they were there when we needed them and then blended into the background when we didn’t. Having been to many Funeral services where the Directors are quite prominent during the service, the way Crane Funeral handled our service was exactly what we were looking for. I’m not sure whether other Funeral Directors follow up after the service but Damian certainly did.
We had a few requests after the Funeral and Damian was more than happy to help us. As difficult as the day was, my Dad would have loved his Farewell and we say thanks to Crane for getting us through one of the many difficult stages of losing someone.
Dear Damian, You’ve done an excellent work in helping me and my family for dad’s funeral. You are recommended by mom’s friend who is a head nurse in a nursing home. That moment I called you – I do not know what to do during that difficult time, you’ve been very helpful, understanding, professional and compassionate. You have turned our moment of misery to magic – for giving dad a great, well-deserved “send off” – it was personalised, sincere and heartfelt.
