Monday was a very sad celebration of Bunty Jackson’s life.
Stephanie from Gardenia Funerals carried out proceedings with the upmost sincerity and did our Mum proud as Stephanie made a very teary hour as bareable as we all honoured a beautiful mother, Partner, sister, gran, and friend for those who came to pay tribute and support my extended family on Monday 10th December 2018.
I would like to pass on my families sincere thanks and love to not just those present on the day but also those who couldn’t be there but impacted on our Mother, in making her life as special as it truly was and these tributes were presented by Stephanie with such care and respect.
The tributes from people around the world and close friends and family were read to a quiet round of applause at this most precious gathering. The memories that were shared with each and everyone present was by no means easy but with the support of loved ones and Stephanie and Michael each task was accomplished and tears were shed and smiles appeared at times.
Your team did an absolute awesome job to make our Mother proud and thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support shown towards Gords, Marjie, Alan and my amazing extended family.
Michael’s handling of all the difficult and emotional choices in preparation for the Service cannot be understated at all. He went through everything at a pace that suited us and not a time schedule. I can’t thank him enough for his total understanding of our situation and what it meant to our families to make the tribute to Bunty Jackson as beautiful as she was.
Michael and Stephanie surpassed our expectations and I cannot highly recommend and Gardenia Funerals work and input to ease our pain and grief on what was such an emotional but as everyone there said…. “your Mum would of been so proud”
And seeming I almost had to organise all of this solo, your team managed to get me through this with their awesome support and understanding at every turn.

From speaking with Michael I knew I had the support and guidance I would need in preparing the funeral for my husband. There was nothing the team could not assist with and were so efficient and clear in all their communication making everything that much easier. A difficult day and process was made that much easier with the respect, honesty, personability and care held by Michael and his team. I highly recommend this team and their service.
