Gateway funerals With a special mention to staff member Simon were incredibly professional courteous sympathetic and wonderful to deal with during one of the worst times of our lives. All the staff and Simon in particular could not have been more helpful The funeral day went exceptionally well considering the COVID-19 restrictions making their job even more difficult for them. Highly recommend this company they have all the professionalism of all of the big four funeral directors without the big for funeral directors prices.
Drew went above and beyond expectations at all stages. The pre-view/planning was very convenient, easy, helpful and straightforward, and when it came to dealing with difficult circumstances around the funeral he was excellent. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
Simplicity were professional and caring in my families time of sadness. I was really impressed with Drew and the way he went about it. On the day the celebration of mum’s life the service ran perfectly. Highly recommended.
