A huge thanks to Gardenia funerals staff and especially Michael who guided me through the difficult task of organising my mother’s funeral . There was never a “no” and even making a request the night before the funeral was met with the same care and willingness and nothing was too hard to do. The photos and verses in Croatian chosen by Michael were very touching and so fitting for my mother. The same on the day of the funeral the staff were very professional and attentive. Gardenia have once again provided our family with the most kind, considerate and supportive funeral service imaginable.
Only just over a year after Dad’s cremation we recently lost our lovely Mum and this time we required a completely different burial service. Michael and Tom helped us with all aspects of the planning and organisation. Our wishes were carefully listened to and respected. Where there were gaps we hadn’t considered, helpful suggestions were provided. Nothing was too much trouble; we were never hurried or harried. The financial aspects were clearly outlined, with no hidden charges or surprises.
Mum’s funeral service could not have been more beautiful, and this was in a large part thanks to Michael’s helpful suggestions. Michael, Tom and all of the Gardenia staff are the loveliest of people, supportive, friendly and genuine.
For us there will never be any other funeral service than Gardenia. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
