I would like to thank Ian for his care and professionalism during a difficult time. Ian presented the options clearly and gave the guidance to ensure the service was what we wanted for the best price.
Ian also has a fantastic group of people assisting him that provided the MC duties and funeral presentation which provided a great snapshot of our mothers life using photos and music to celebrate her life through images and music. Ian was always available to be contacted via mobile phone and would always answer the phone first time. He was available to personally visit or provide advice regarding all aspects of the requirements when you lose a love one. In my case Ian used a civil celebrant, Sandra , to structure our presentation and she was also wonderful. I would recommend Ian to anyone to handle the farewell of a family member in the manner we would like. I could not imagine how well our mothers lifecould be celebrated during the funeral service.

Having recently lost my mother I had the onerous task of choosing an appropriate Funeral Director to meet all our requests. I had the pleasure of coming across Botanical Funerals and Ian Allison. After one conversation Ian made me feel at ease and he was instantly chosen as the one to arrange a fitting funeral for mum. Nothing was too much trouble, even having to organise mum to be brought from Bendigo to Melbourne. Everything was arranged to perfection. On the day of the funeral Ian and his team treated us with dignity and respect and couldn’t do enough to support us. Even the last minute arrangement of casket flowers didn’t phase him and they were magnificant. Highly recommended as a professional, organised and caring professional.
