My sister and I cannot find the words to describe the service Judy and the team at Gateway Grant Chelsea Heights provided our family. The staff were all caring and respective our our loved ones and the attention to detail was 100%. Judy made us feel so welcome and special. She and Simon are a wonderful team. Having Mum and Dad pass away within a 16 day period made it hard for us but all the care given to us and our family was exceptional.
Gateway funerals With a special mention to staff member Simon were incredibly professional courteous sympathetic and wonderful to deal with during one of the worst times of our lives. All the staff and Simon in particular could not have been more helpful The funeral day went exceptionally well considering the COVID-19 restrictions making their job even more difficult for them. Highly recommend this company they have all the professionalism of all of the big four funeral directors without the big for funeral directors prices.
I would like to thank Ian for his care and professionalism during a difficult time. Ian presented the options clearly and gave the guidance to ensure the service was what we wanted for the best price.
Ian also has a fantastic group of people assisting him that provided the MC duties and funeral presentation which provided a great snapshot of our mothers life using photos and music to celebrate her life through images and music. Ian was always available to be contacted via mobile phone and would always answer the phone first time. He was available to personally visit or provide advice regarding all aspects of the requirements when you lose a love one. In my case Ian used a civil celebrant, Sandra , to structure our presentation and she was also wonderful. I would recommend Ian to anyone to handle the farewell of a family member in the manner we would like. I could not imagine how well our mothers lifecould be celebrated during the funeral service.
