      We had an unattended cremation and separate wonderful celebration of life gathering. This enabled us to choose when and where and how we celebrated. Less somber with no coffin present. Just like my Dad wanted. Everyone shared happy memories. Highly recommended. Thx

      The Douglas family wish to express our heartfelt thanks for your much appreciated assistance in the funeral and service for Rena Douglas. The family were all happy with the arrangements and service itself. You treated Rena with so much respect and compassion for the family, it made a difficult time for us so much easier.
      I don’t think we’d have coped without your guidance and empathy and what seemed to be an infinite amount of patience. You gave us a check list which we kept forgetting to read and followed up with gentle reminders . You always had your finger on the pulse and managed everything discreetly. When I almost went into meltdown realising I hadn’t arranged for all of the music to be on the memory stick . You fixed it and calmed me.
      Rena had left strict instructions not to have an expensive funeral and we selected one of your budget funerals. This in no way was reflected by the service and professionalism you and your company provided.
      The detail and professionalism displayed by yourself and your colleagues enabled the family to focus on supporting each other and giving Rena the send off she deserved.

      As a family we would have no hesitation in recommending you to any other family in dealing with a Bereavement.
