Michael and his team t Gardenia Funeral have done an excellent job for us. When I call Michael early morning when mum passed away and we still the hospital, he told me to take my time with mum and he will call me back and guide me with all my questions. Never at anytime during the planning stage to the last moment with mum that we felt that it’s not us making decisions. They have accommodated everything we want to do. Mum look so beautiful and peaceful . Debra had made a great job on looking after mum she looks like she was happy and just sleeping. Michael suggested options that would save us some dollars but the most important thing to us is the personal care that he provided to us during this difficult time with mum. The entire attendees on the viewing and funeral have praised the staff of Gardenia Funeral that a number of them have ask where did I find Michael and his team. Some even said that when it’s their time they would like Michael’s team to look after them. This is a testimony to the exceptional service that family and friends experience on our mothers last days with us.

We recently used Gardenia Funerals following the death of my mother. We were extremely happy with the service provided by Michael Cox, from the initial contact with him, through to the meeting held with him face to face and then his help and support leading up to and on the day of the funeral. On the day of the funeral both Michael and Lesley were there from Gardenia Funerals. In addition to Michaels continued support, the help, support and thoughtful words that Lesley also provided to my elderly mother in law and others attending the funeral was exceptional. Gardenia also recommended Stephanie Longmuir to help as the civil celebrant and she was lovely. Her style and approach was perfect and she made everyone feel as if she was a dear and devoted friend of the family in her initial approach and then especially on the day of the service. I would recommend Gardenia Funerals to anyone who wants that personal touch without any pressure. They were wonderful.
