Gerard’s gentle manner, efficiency and excellent assistance helped to ease our grief and lighten the tremendous burden of planning Geoff’s funeral. From the first phonecall, Gerard was amazing. He was caring and compassionate as he guided me through an otherwise traumatic process. It was important to my Mum that my Stepfather’s funeral was arranged as quickly as possible and Gerard went above and beyond to ensure that he was laid to rest quickly and his service was a touching and perfect reflection of his character and a farewell that would have made him smile. Maddy our celebrant delivered a beautiful, heartfelt service and I’m sure if my Stepfather was watching over us all he would have loved it as all of his family and friends did. Thank you Gerard and Maddy, you were a blessing to our family during a difficult time and we will always be grateful for your kindness and warmth.
