I recently lost my step -father Adolph in October and we contacted Simplicity Funerals to arrange for his creamation. Right from the very first meeting with Pamela our concerns were completely put to rest .She knew and understood exactly what we were asking for and in no time at all we had our arrangements settled. Her caring yet down to earth approach is very endearing.
She also suggested a celebrant by the name of Harvey Deegan and once againwhat a terrific choice.
Harvey is one of those people whom on first meeting you feel like you have known him for years.
He is very professional in his work and communicates every step of the way.
I can highly recommend both Pamela and Harvey.

Recently we have had to organise the funerals of both my Father Bill (October 2016) and Mother Pat (December 2015). Needless to say it has been an extremely stressful time, but the care and assistance shown by the staff at Joondalup (Helen, Sheryn and Sandy) was more than we could have hoped for. Both funerals went beautifully without a single problem at all. Arrangements before, during and after were extremely professional and yet sympathetic and caring.
Thank you all for being there to make such a sad time more bearable!
