Going as far as arranging our mothers affairs and preparing her for International travel back to NZ. I recently lost my step -father Adolph in October and we contacted Simplicity Funerals to arrange for his creamation. Right from the very first meeting with Pamela our concerns were completely put to rest .She knew and understood exactly what we were asking for and in no time at all we had our arrangements settled. Her caring yet down to earth approach is very endearing.
