      Lorena from Simplicity funeral, Ryde is an absolute angel. Funerals are hard enough to go through but with Lorena helping us, made the process alot easier. Any questions, Lorena could answer & Lorena was able to change our venue with only 1 days notice before the funeral & everything went perfectly. Thank you Lorena

      From the initial meeting with Mark at the Smithfield office until the end of the service of John William Harder he was totally professional & took us through the paperwork methodically with compassion & caring. Nothing was too much trouble & because the policy was paid up in 1995 we thought we would experience some issues which gladly there was not.

      Unfortunately we had to return to South Africa & our daughter was left with the final arrangements for the service.
      We cannot thank Mark enough for being there every step of the way for her & greatly appreciate his unfailing assistance.

      We were able to share the final moments via streaming which must be the best service offered by TJ Andrews.
      Sincere thanks to Mark for the kindness he has shown to our family
