Having just lost our beloved mother , we needed to organise her funeral fairly quickly to accomodate family travel arrangements . Jenny from Simplicity was so helpful and considerate and made sure to be available over a weekend . She made a difficult process smooth and after meeting her in person ,we knew we were in capable , experienced hands. Mum’s funeral was just as she would have wanted . Thank you Jenny and the team from Simplicity.

Kathryn was a wonderful, compassionate, wise and dedicated funeral director for my Mum’s funeral. Nothing was too difficult and we really felt that she cared. At a number of stages throughout the process my sister and I were emotional and I saw the tears in Kathryn’s eyes too. She’s real. The venue was perfect, the flowers were amazing and her attention to detail was very impressive. We felt really held through a process that would have been VERY difficult without her. If you’re considering her as a potential funeral director, don’t hesitate.
