      From the initial meeting with Mark at the Smithfield office until the end of the service of John William Harder he was totally professional & took us through the paperwork methodically with compassion & caring. Nothing was too much trouble & because the policy was paid up in 1995 we thought we would experience some issues which gladly there was not.

      Unfortunately we had to return to South Africa & our daughter was left with the final arrangements for the service.
      We cannot thank Mark enough for being there every step of the way for her & greatly appreciate his unfailing assistance.

      We were able to share the final moments via streaming which must be the best service offered by TJ Andrews.
      Sincere thanks to Mark for the kindness he has shown to our family

      The company tj Andrews handled my pops funeral to the upmost perfection. They did not push us to buy extra, or sales pitches. They handled the funeral in a caring and decent manner. They carried out our wishes to perfection. My thanks to mark, Gail and Shannon the celebrant who helped us through the emotional process.       Before my uncle passed, he was insistent that we have a no frills cremation for him, and then have a fabulous memorial at a later time once the family could get together properly, without stressing.

      He recently passed away and in honour of his wishes we sought out a funeral director who specialised in No Service No Attendance funerals, and we are so glad we settled on Timeless Funerals. We spoke to Craig on the Monday morning, and after a few documents were signed there was nothing for us to do after that.

      A few days later Craig arrived at our house with a beautifully presented wooden urn containing my uncles ashes.
      The family and I all thank Craig for his caring and compassionate nature, and the dignified way he dealt with all the members of our family, including keeping in constant contact with us to advise us of how things were going.
