Having just lost our beloved mother , we needed to organise her funeral fairly quickly to accomodate family travel arrangements . Jenny from Simplicity was so helpful and considerate and made sure to be available over a weekend . She made a difficult process smooth and after meeting her in person ,we knew we were in capable , experienced hands. Mum’s funeral was just as she would have wanted .
