From the initial meeting with Mark at the Smithfield office until the end of the service of John William Harder he was totally professional & took us through the paperwork methodically with compassion & caring. Nothing was too much trouble & because the policy was paid up in 1995 we thought we would experience some issues which gladly there was not.
Unfortunately we had to return to South Africa & our daughter was left with the final arrangements for the service.
We cannot thank Mark enough for being there every step of the way for her & greatly appreciate his unfailing assistance.
We were able to share the final moments via streaming which must be the best service offered by TJ Andrews.
