From our first call, Michelle has been kind, caring and compassionate in helping arrange a service for our Dad/Pop. Their dedication to service and detail, along with the ease in explaining the procedures and options that they recommend had created what would usually have been an ordeal, to an experience that has allowed us to grieve properly without any further distress in our situation. Dad/Pop had been given a well deserving farewell with dignity and compassion, and with the added inconvenience of COVID-19, the service that both himself and our family has received throughout the entire process had given us an overwhelming sense of peace and respect that we will treasure. We recently had a family member pass away, and Michelle and John at Dwyer Family Funerals were absolutely amazing!! This is not exactly the easiest time or situation that anyone plans or expects. From the time of passing and contacting Michelle and the team to the time it came to say our farewells on the day our experience was respectful, dignified and supportive from the team! Michelle and John made this time for us so much easier by guiding us through the process and providing much needed support not just with the funeral side of the arrangements but also the legal aspect. They provided us with a handy checklist on who we should notify and contact to ensure our loved ones affairs where in order and how to go about closing aspects of some affairs. Did I mention we did contact other providers and looked at prices and costs, yet Dwyer Family Funerals were not only much more affordable but the quality was second to none!!
