They made my Grandads funeral so personalised and had so many added thoughtful touches. They really listened and paid attention. An example of this is the first funeral location was booked out but they had remembered where my nan said they got married and suggested trying to book that place which was special to my nan and grandad. For a hard time the detail and small personalised touches really brightened everyone’s day. They took care of so much of the hard stuff and walked us through a process we had no idea of and took that thought and weight off my family and nan. Really impressed.
