Before my uncle passed, he was insistent that we have a no frills cremation for him, and then have a fabulous memorial at a later time once the family could get together properly, without stressing.
He recently passed away and in honour of his wishes we sought out a funeral director who specialised in No Service No Attendance funerals, and we are so glad we settled on Timeless Funerals. We spoke to Craig on the Monday morning, and after a few documents were signed there was nothing for us to do after that.
A few days later Craig arrived at our house with a beautifully presented wooden urn containing my uncles ashes.
The family and I all thank Craig for his caring and compassionate nature, and the dignified way he dealt with all the members of our family, including keeping in constant contact with us to advise us of how things were going.
